VSCAN RETURNS POLICY

At VScan, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our services and the items you purchase. If you encounter any issues with a purchase, we are more than willing to facilitate an exchange or refund, provided that the following conditions are met:

  • You must present your original VScan Invoice/Receipt when returning an item.
  • The item must be in its original saleable condition with the original tags attached.
  • It must be in an unworn, unopened, and unused state.
  • The item should be in its original packaging.

Item Return Policy:

The following items may be returned within the specified timeframes from the date of purchase:

  • Footwear – 1 month (Footwear must not have been worn outside or treated in any way).
  • Workwear – 1 month.
  • PPE Products – 1 month.

Items that may not be returned include:

  • Thermal Wear – Any opened, worn, or used thermals.
  • Consumables – Respirators, Hair Nets, Disposable Overalls, Ear Plugs.
  • Any Customized or embroidered, branded items – items made specifically for customers
    by the factory or any items that include branding.
  • Buyouts – items that are not VScan stock items but have been ordered specifically for a customer.

If you wish to return an unwanted item for a refund by post/courier, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs to our depot. The refund will be processed once the item is in our depot, and a handling fee may apply.

In the case of a faulty item, mislabeling, item not as described, or if we have sent you the wrong item, you may return the item.

Please note that we cannot accept returns for a refund more than 30 days after you have received the item, except when the item is faulty, mislabeled, or incorrectly described. A handling fee may apply.

We are unable to refund any costs incurred for using ‘Special’ or ‘Express’ services, and we cannot
process any refunds or exchanges on sale or clearance items.

Refunds will be issued in the form of cash, card, or EFT, depending on prior arrangements.

When returning an item, VScan reserves the right to record the customer’s contact details. A handling fee may be imposed if the stock is not in its original packaging or if the stock is being returned more than 30 days and no later than 3 months from the original purchase date. The handling fee may range from 5% to 20% based on the condition and inspection time required for the stock.

Sample Return Policy:

All sample items must be purchased in full from VScan and returned within 7 working days to qualify for a full refund, provided they are in their original packaging, unworn, and in an acceptable condition. If the item is not returned within 7 working days, a 20% handling fee will be applied to the returned items. Customers with accounts will be invoiced for the samples. If the samples are not returned in the stated condition within 7 working days, the invoice will be added to their statement. A refund will be processed via EFT, a refund on a credit card, or in cash, depending on VScan’s choice of refund method. If you are unable to meet these requirements, VScan reserves the right to refuse an exchange or refund. A bank statement will not be accepted as proof of purchase, but an invoice number will suffice.
